Some utensil marks can be found with close inspection, and the edge has some use wear.
The potter of this early design is unknown. The pattern has come to be known by two names, Chinese Fisher Boys because of the three figues in the foreground; and Cameleopard for the odd looking animal to the right of the streat in the background. It looks for like a camel to me. The surround has beautiful water flowers and other blooms.
Note also the unusual pyramid-shaped designs in front of the building with the thatched roof - very unusual. |
