Here is a 9 3/4 inch white ironstone plate in Fig Shape. This design was also dubbed Union Shape.

It is a very heavy and well potted 19th century Staffordshire plate. The year of its registry is 1856.
Condition is excellent - no chips, cracks, hairlines, stains, or restoration. Crazing is evident.
It is marked with the pottery's imprinted mark and the English registry mark as well. |
