The white ironstone lid presented is Leaf Fan Shape. This shape was also known as Squash Shape. It was made in the E. Pearson pottery and dates to the 1860s. Condition is excellent - no chips, cracks, hairlines, stains, or restoration.

The lid measures 3 1/2 inches wide. It would fit into a teapot opening that is 2 3/4 inches wide.
