This gorgeous white ironstone soup tureen underplate measures 14 inches across the impressive handles. They have bows of corn foliates ending in corn cobs. The central pedestal would hold a soup tureen measuring base 6 1/2 inches wide.
This beauty was made in the Pankhurst pottery and dates to the 1860 decade. It is in excellent condition, free of flaws. |
