Manufacturer: Staffordshire
Here is an octagonal, hand-painted Staffordshire teapot measuring 12 1/2 inches long by 7 1/2 inches tall.

Its hand painted sprig pattern is done in tones of red, blue and light green.

It is in very good shape with a couple of nibbles. One is to the very tip of the spout as pictured. Another is to the lid ledge, covered when the lid is in place. The lid has a small flaw which does not penetrate the earthenware. See the picture. It is well molded and serviceable.

We have other Sprig items such as cups, saucers, and a sugarbowl offered separately.
