Manufacturer: Staffordshire Presented is an 8 inch flow blue plate in the Byzantium pattern. It was made in the pottery of Brown, Westhead, Moore, & Co.

, which operated from 1862 - 1904. It bears the pottery's crown and garter backstamp with pottery initials.
Condition is excellent - no chips or cracks. The blue is quite dark against stark white.
The design features a tented encampment on the outskirts of a Middle Eastern City. Camels graze to the left as three people recline outdoors on a carpet. The surround has a cable design on linear patterning.
